Shop our extensive inventory of products and have your dream gear shipped right to your door!
Delivery or shipping for all orders in the City of Guelph is free.
Shipping for all orders over $199.99 (before taxes) in Ontario is free with a few exceptions:
  • Oversized and/or overweight products may not qualify. In those instances, a shipping
    allowance will be applied that provides a discounted shipping rate. We will contact you
    to discuss the various shipping options, including the additional shipping charges that
    may apply.
  • Sale items may not qualify for free shipping.

We ship anywhere in Canada. We only ship to residential and business addresses. We do ship
to P.O. Boxes but additional charges may apply for oversized and/or overweight products.
We also ship to the USA but not all products are not eligible for shipping to the USA. Shipments
outside of Canada may be subject to import charges. Import charges are the responsibility of
the purchaser. For more information about your country’s custom policies, please contact your
local customs office.
Orders within Canada are delivered using standard shipping methods through Canada Post,
UPS, Canpar, FedEx or Purolator. We choose the courier based on delivery time and cost. Most
orders to the USA ship with UPS or USPS.
Orders normally ship within 48 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3 pm
EST on Fridays, or on holidays, will be shipped the following business day. We will contact you
using the email address that was provided during the ordering process if there are any delays or
if an out of stock item needs to be ordered from a supplier.
Please be advised that nothing leaves the store until it is paid for in full. Once your item is paid
in full, we will fill, pack and ship your order. Once that happens, your tracking information will be
sent to the email address that was provided during the ordering process.
Absolutely. Your order will be available for pick-up in store on the next business day, as long as
the item is in stock. If you have any questions, please call us any time at 519-836-3199.
Please contact us right away and we will take care of the issues that you have.

Returns

You may exchange or return a product for store credit within 14 days if the item is in unused
new condition and in original packaging. Items that have been used and opened are subject to a
20% restocking fee, if they cannot be resold as new. If you purchased an instrument that was
used or special priced, these items can only be returned for store credit.
In addition, there are exceptions to the return policy, these include, but are not limited to, gift
cards, shipping charges, special orders and items marked as final sale. Please review the ‘What
items can’t be returned?’ section for a complete list of items that cannot be returned.
Before shipping an item for return to Guelph Music, please submit a request to return the item
by email to GuelphMusic@hotmail.com. The shipping charge to return an item to Guelph Music
is your responsibility, however, we will gladly arrange to ship an item back to us if it is
determined that you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because we have
determined that the product is defective.

  • Items that are not in a new, saleable condition
  • Items that have markings or flaws or show signs of use (i.e., pick marks) that were not present at time of purchase

Misprints/Errors

We do our best to provide you with up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an
error does occur, Guelph Music reserves the right to correct or cancel an order at any time
and/or update an order to reflect the correction.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We will correct errors as quickly as
possible once they are discovered. Guelph Music reserves the right to revoke any stated offer
and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been
submitted, regardless of whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Guelph Music will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
charge.
